what the average person lacks is the indepth knowledge of the human body and it's complex make up. Designing a workout

or simply just feel healthy.
Most of you are probably thinking, " I do not have the income to hire a professional to train me...". Hiring
a professional trainer is not nearly as costly as you might think. Individual One hour sessions are available for just
$40. That's only $40 to get on your way to a new and improved you! Not only will I train you one-on-one, but I'll
also drive to your gym / healthclub and meet you to train you where you are comfortable and with your equipment.*
Not a member of a gym? No problem! Contact me about attending the club I train at and I'll sign you in as a guest.
Uncomfortable in a gym setting? Self-conscious about people watching you? Again, no problem, because I can come out to your home. Even
if you do not have a home gym set up, I can show you numerous cost effective ways to work toward your goals in the comfort of your own home!
Package pricing is available and further reduces your overall cost!
Perhaps you don't need live personal training, but are simply looking for a SPECIALIST who can work with you individually to CREATE A PROGRAM THAT IS JUST RIGHT FOR YOU!
Pricing Options**
One (1) Session (one hour)........ Just $49.00, including tax
Three (3) Sessions ................. Just $140.00 including tax! A $7.00 Savings!
Five (5) Sessions .................. Just $220.00 including Tax A $25.00 Savings!
Schedule permitting, sessions can be extended beyond the alloted 1 hour. Fees will be computed at $40/hour in 15 minute increments.
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, checks and money orders are the only payment methods currently accepted. Checks should be made payable to
Max Performance Training, LLC. Package pricing of 3 or 5 sessions requires payment in full at initial session. Group packages can be divided among family members. Contact me to discuss
whether or not you qualify. Packaged sessions must be used within the required time frame. No refunds for unused sessions. Three (3) session package must be used within 90 days of the initial session. Five (5)
session package must be used within 120 days of initial session. Sessions expire if not used within the alotted time.
**Travel time to locations farther than 30 minutes away is subject to a convenience rate of $20/hour for time in excess of 30 minutes travel to your location, up to 1.5 hours away from my office.
Travel over 1.5 hours from my office will require a case-by-case analysis. Contact me to discuss issues.
